Withdraw from your order (14-day right of withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To withdraw, just fill in the form below and confirm — you don’t need to justify your decision.
After you submit, we’ll send you a confirmation of receipt by email, including the date and time of your request. We’ll refund your payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the items back or proof that you’ve sent them.
Please note that some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal — for example, made-to-order or personalised items, sealed goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and digital content you’ve already accessed with your prior consent.
