Returns & Refunds (Within Greece)
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of the first delivery attempt.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags, thank-you card, and packagingincluded.
For exchanges, the customer covers the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Returns from within Greece are free of charge for the customer.
Please always include your order number in any message or parcel, so we can locate your order quickly.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of the first delivery attempt.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If shipping fees are not prepaid, they will be deducted from the final refund amount.

To proceed with the return and refund, please follow the steps below: Please ship the item from the USA to Greece at your own shipping cost. Ensure that the dress is unworn, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Once you have arranged the shipment, please email us the shipping voucher or tracking number from the courier company you select. We recommend using DHL for faster and more reliable delivery.

Important Information – DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)
Please make sure that your return shipment is sent with the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) option.
This means that all customs duties, taxes, and import fees must be fully covered by you (the sender) before the parcel arrives in Greece.
Our company does not assume responsibility for any customs or import costs.
If the parcel is sent without DDP, and customs fees are charged upon arrival, it will be automatically returned to you by the courier.
To avoid any delays or extra charges, please ensure that your courier marks the shipment as DDP – Delivered Duties Paid when arranging the return.
ΑΛΛΑΓΗ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑΣ
– Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο επιθυμείτε να κάνετε αλλαγή, τα προϊόντα μπορούν να επιστραφούν εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία της πρώτης προσπάθειας παράδοσης της παραγγελίας.
Η διεύθυνση επιστροφής είναι: Φορμίωνος 38-40 , Παγκράτι , Αθήνα , 11633, Ελλάδα
-Για να γίνει αποδεκτή η επιστροφή του προϊόντος προς αλλαγή, θα πρέπει το προϊόν να είναι σε άρτια κατάσταση, αφόρετο & αχρησιμοποίητο (με το καρτελάκι, thank you card, συσκευασία).
– Σε περίπτωση αλλαγής προϊόντος, ο παραλήπτης επιβαρύνεται με τα έξοδα των μεταφορικών για την αποστολή του προϊόντος της αλλαγής. Η επιστροφή του προϊόντος από τον πελάτη προς την εταιρεία μας δεν χρεώνεται με μεταφορικά έξοδα (για αποστολές εντός Ελλάδος μόνο).
– Στην περίπτωση διαγωνισμού (giveaway) η εταιρεία δεν επιβαρύνεται με τα έξοδα αποστολής της αλλαγής.

Ακύρωση Παραγγελίας – Επιστροφή Χρημάτων
Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν είστε ικανοποιημένοι με την αγορά σας, τα προϊόντα μπορούν να επιστραφούν εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία της πρώτης προσπάθειας παράδοσης της παραγγελίας. – Η εταιρεία δεν επιβαρύνεται με τα έξοδα μεταφοράς επιστροφής του δέματος σας. Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς (όσα προκύψουν), εφόσον δεν πληρωθούν από τον πελάτη, αφαιρούνται από το τελικό ποσό επιστροφής. – Κατά την περίοδο των εκπτώσεων ή προσφορών δεν γίνονται επιστροφές χρημάτων. – Οι επιστροφές χρημάτων πραγματοποιούνται εντός 8-10 εργάσιμων ημερών από την στιγμή που τα επιστρεφόμενα είδη παραληφθούν και ελεγχθούν για την κατάστασή τους. -Στη περίπτωση που η παραγγελία έχει δηλωθεί ως δώρο, δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα επιστροφής χρημάτων. Υπάρχει μόνο η δυνατότητα αλλαγής προϊόντος. – Η εταιρεία Mykonos Oasis διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί επιστροφές που δεν είναι εξουσιοδοτημένες ή/και δεν αποστέλλονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους επιστροφής που αναγράφονται λεπτομερώς στη παρούσα πολιτική επιστροφών. Σε περίπτωση μη-εγκεκριμένων ή μη αποδεκτών επιστροφών, τα προϊόντα θα επιστρέφονται στη διεύθυνση αποστολής της αρχικής παραγγελίας.
Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας, τα ακόλουθα βήματα είναι τα εξής:
- Επιστρέφετε το δέμα σας με το προϊόν που είχατε επιλέξει σε άρτια κατάσταση (καρτελάκι, thank you card, συσκευασία) στην διεύθυνση Φορμίωνος 38-40 , Παγκράτι , Αθήνα , 11633, Ελλάδα
- Το δέμα που θέλετε να επιστρέψετε, θα πρέπει να αποστέλλεται πληρωμένο.
- Το εκάστοτε προϊόν θα πρέπει να είναι αφόρετο – αχρησιμοποίητο.
- Θα πρέπει να μας επικοινωνηθεί το iban που θα γίνει η επιστροφή χρημάτων (σε περίπτωση αντικαταβολής).
- Η επιστροφή χρημάτων θα πραγματοποιείται εντός 7 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Τέλος, να σημειωθεί ότι είναι στην ευχέρεια και κρίση της εταιρείας εφόσον το ρούχο δεν πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις να μη δεχθεί την επιστροφή.
